The machine operates with one working station equipped with a vertical sliding blasting nozzle. The nozzle travels up and down, blasting the interior surfaces of the boilers under a pre-set program. This ensures comprehensive coverage and thorough cleaning, removing all residues and impurities from the boilers.
Boilers are manually loaded onto a rotating nest within the cabinet. The nest ensures that the boilers are centered and secured during the blasting process. The vertical movement of the nozzle, combined with the rotation of the boilers, guarantees uniform and consistent blasting results, meeting high-quality surface preparation standards.
A key feature of the BoilerBlast Single ECO is its efficient abrasive recovery system. This system continuously collects, separates, and recycles the blasting media, ensuring that only clean and effective abrasive is used during the process. This not only reduces the consumption of abrasive materials but also minimizes waste and operational costs. The recovery system is seamlessly integrated into the machine’s design, providing automatic operation throughout the blasting process.
