The OrbiBlockBlast system excels in automating the internal blasting process for automotive engine blocks. The OrbiBlockBlast uses a combination of robotic manipulators and a rotary lance to achieve thorough cleaning of internal surfaces, removing impurities such as rust, scale, and sand. A closed-loop media flow regulation system maintains constant pressure and media flow, ensuring that each part receives a uniform treatment. These machines are equipped with a comprehensive media recovery system, which includes a full-floor hopper system, screw conveyors, and air-wash separators.
