The AX – BLAST ECO operates through a revolving feeder system that positions axles horizontally, moving them through various internal blasting stations. This setup achieves the required cleaning efficiency within a 120-150 second cycle, optimizing your production line's throughput. Its modular design allows for easy maintenance and quick adaptation to different axle types, providing a versatile solution for automotive manufacturers.

Optimized for comprehensive internal cleaning, our machine features three distinct blasting stations, each tailored for different segments of the axle. This multi-station setup allows for thorough cleaning of the entire axle length, including hard-to-reach internal surfaces, ensuring uniform cleaning and treatment across all parts.
Following the blasting process, the AX – BLAST ECO includes two dedicated blow-off stations designed to remove any residual blasting media and debris. These stations use high-pressure air to ensure that all parts exit the machine completely clean and ready for further processing or assembly, enhancing the overall efficiency of your production line.
Our machine incorporates a state-of-the-art media recycling tower, which plays a crucial role in reducing waste and operational costs. The tower includes an air-wash system, vibration classifier, and magnetic separators to clean and recycle the blasting media for continuous reuse. This eco-friendly system ensures consistent media quality and sustainable operation.
Automatic clamping system is designed for secure and reliable handling of axles. This system ensures that each axle is firmly held in place during the blasting process, eliminating any risk of movement that could affect the cleaning effectiveness or damage the part. The Poka-yoke design prevents operator error, and the system's flexibility allows for quick adjustments to accommodate different axle sizes and shapes, significantly reducing setup times and enhancing productivity.
