The DIP120 and DIP240 Dry Ice Pelletizers are designed for efficient in-house production of dry ice, catering to various industrial needs for cleaning and cooling. With a compact design and high output capacity, these pelletizers provide reliable and cost-effective solutions.

The DIP120 and DIP240 Dry Ice Pelletizers are designed to facilitate efficient dry ice production in a variety of industrial settings. The stainless steel cabinet is compact, occupying minimal floor space, and can be easily moved with a fork-lift. This mobility simplifies regular cleaning and maintenance around and under the machine.

The pelletizers are equipped with larger removable panels, providing spacious access to all internal components, thus making routine maintenance both time and cost-efficient. The design allows for the delivery pipes to extend out in front, enabling a dry ice box to be centered under the pelletizer, ensuring even production without the need to shuffle dry ice.

With production capacities of 120 kg/h and 240 kg/h, the DIP120 and DIP240 are capable of meeting the needs of most standalone, in-house dry ice production for cleaning or cooling. The internal tubing for liquid CO2 flow not only reduces production costs but also enhances efficiency, allowing for dry ice pellet production to start in less than one minute.

These pelletizers can operate with LCO2 tank pressures ranging from 13 to 25 bar, and the cryogenic insulated piping ensures minimal distance from the tank to the pelletizer is ideal.
