The GLASS-O-MATIC and GLASS-O-BLAST sandblasting cabinets are designed for professional applications in the glass industry. Both lines feature a robust construction and advanced technologies to ensure efficient and clean sandblasting operations.
The GLASS-O-MATIC 20 ECO is a fully automatic cabinet equipped with motor-powered rollers for glass panel transport, automatic vertical blast gun movement, and automatic blast gun oscillation. It also includes a dust collector with an abrasive recovery system and an integrated Air bag rubber sealing system.
The GLASS-O-BLAST ECO offers both manual and semi-automatic options, with two models available. The GLASS-O-BLAST 10 ECO features manual glass movement with freely rotating rollers and a manual blast gun. The GLASS-O-BLAST 15 ECO includes motor-powered rollers, manual vertical blast gun movement, and manual gun oscillation.
Both lines are equipped with a dust collection system that includes filtration and abrasive recovery, ensuring a clean working environment. The patented Air bag system in the GLASS-O-MATIC 20 ECO and controlled rubber sealing in the GLASS-O-BLAST ECO prevent any dust or abrasive from escaping the cabinet.
