New Bending system - DURMA AD SERVO 30135
On Monday, 3.10, we received a new bending system DURMA AD SERVO 30135
The goal of the proposed project is to introduce new technological and information solutions into the production process in the form of a computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending system, which has 6-axis movement of the rear supports.
The introduction of the new system will make it possible:
✔️Automatic adjustment of the abutments according to the program and, as a result, easier bending of round segments into radii and cones.
✔️Simulation of bends before bending itself and, as a result, early detection of defects, which means less waste and better quality of the finished products, which leads to an extended service life (improvement of material efficiency).
✔️Improving energy efficiency (increasing speed, less congestion, fewer products of poorer quality and production of more dimensionally appropriate pieces).
