The DentalBlast 900 ECO is engineered for optimal performance in grit blasting of dental implants. Featuring a unique design that supports high and repeatable production volumes, this machine includes a three-axis manipulator for precise handling, dual grippers for secure positioning, and a protective cap placement system to safeguard sensitive areas during blasting.

The DentalBlast 900 features an advanced servo-driven manipulator equipped with precision grippers, designed to handle up to 900 implants per cycle with meticulous accuracy. This system ensures rapid and consistent positioning of implants on the satellite turntable.
Utilizes a continuous pressure or injection blasting system with two adjustable nozzles, allowing for precise control over the blasting intensity and angle. This ensures even surface treatment across all dental implants.
With the DentalBlast 900 PB, you can get an advanced media recovery system with a vibration sieve classifier that precisely separates and recycles abrasive media by size. This system not only reduces waste and environmental impact but also cuts down on operational costs by reusing media. It supports multiple abrasive media like aluminium oxide, ceramic, calcium phosphate, titanium oxide and others.
Designed for a cycle time of approximately 20 seconds per implant, the DentalBlast 900 PB increases throughput without compromising quality. Its efficient process flow minimizes downtime and maximizes production output.
